Hah! You thought I left!

Jesus - it's been a long time no posting..... life does exist outside of blogger. Who knew! So....

- off the Lexapro and on Effexor - feeling like a speed junky now
- listening to about 1 audio book every 3 days now... currently working on "Bearing an Hourglass" by Piers Anthony, quite good. Before this, I listened to Survivor in Death, by JD Robb (pretty good), and before that On a Pale Horse, Piers Anthony. I can't remember what I listened to before that.... memory is shit lately.
- Been watching an assload of old movies lately too.... AMC and TCM rule. Been getting alot of movies from the vast collection at the library too. Paula Prentiss was one hot number back in her day. Katherine and Audrey Hepburn too.
- Got a nasty-gram from Hollywood video - apparently we forgot to return one of the video games last time - 28 days over due - SUCK!
- got caught stammering like an idiot in a meeting today - SUCK SUCK! It could have been avoided if my cohorts had not left me swinging in the breeze. Payback will be mine.
- my dog is panting like a son of a bitch - i wish he'd get up and get a drink or pant in a different room
- my diet has devolved into a daily routine of double italian sausage samiches for lunch - yummy
- going to buy a boatload of trees, yes trees, this week - about 40 or so
- thinking of getting a Canon Digital Rebel XT, Konica Minolta DiMage A200, or Canon Power Shot G6. I was thinking about a Nikon 8800, but I've read alot of reviews that complain of sluggish performance.... maybe I need to try them all....

Hey, if you're here - something... I'll check out your blog if you do!

I tested the Canon Digital Rebel XT, or 'Kiss' as it's called here, and was rather impressed. Can't speak for the others, though. Sorry mate. I myself am a Pentax addict, so anything else is really not my area of expertise.

Audrey Hepburn, one of my faves. You have good taste my friend.

Anyway, glad to have you back.

Ciao.

Careful if you feel like buying a bunch of stuff and starting a bunch of projects. Could be just a tad manic from the effexor. May be a temporary adjustment period. Don't make any major decisions just yet. The Norepinphrine component of effexor is what can make you really "up". I rather liked it. Just what I needed to kick me in the arse.

Thanks for the advice... I actually waited a couple of months before buying the camera. The doc just upped the dosage of Effexor about a week ago, so I'm waiting to see what really happens with it....
